The Gundlach Stretcher Tail Spike features a needle sharp point that bites through carpet and pad into the wood floor for a firm solid stretch. You can now stretch even when there are no walls to brace against. This tail spike is precision made with hand-ground tempered steel, and will fit Roberts and Crain carpet stretchers.
